Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility & How to Start a Return
Golf Punk Online are happy to refund items that are the incorrect size, fit, or defective/damaged due to a manufacturing fault. To return an item that is the wrong size or fit, it must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that refunds are offered only — exchanges are not available.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs must be covered by the customer. You can either pay by weight at your local Post Office or create a return label online (available for Australian customers only).

Faulty Products
A faulty product is defined as an item that arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within a reasonable period (up to 6 months) from the date of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
To return a faulty product, please contact our Customer Service team at online@golfpunk.au, and include your order number, photos, and any relevant details about the issue.
Sale Items
Sale items can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by the Golf Punk Online team, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank, PayPal, or AfterPay account. Then contact your credit card provider or bank, as it may take several business days before your refund appears. If you've followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to our Customer Service team at online@golfpunk.au.
